I’m a tempest because
I want it to be instantaneous
Like the online answers
Point and click shopping and
Dopamine hits at my fingertips
But maybe
It is life’s spiral
The corvid burying acorns
In a meadow
Those left to rest and saturate
Crack open
Into oak trees

I am inspired by nature's wisdom and the ordinary miracles that surround us. I believe nature is always communicating to those who will listen, and all people have the ability to tune in and listen. Much of my writing and poetry comes out of the philosophy that the divine inhabits all. My goal as a writer is to empty myself and translate the words and messages I receive to the best of my ability.
The most glamorous thing you can do is live the life your heart designs.
